“Nutrition is taking a bigger role in our lives, and plant-based alternatives have come to stay”

People all over the world have been shifting towards dairy alternatives for the past few decades,
It was about time for a local brand to finally introduce a premium plant-based product that rivals the competition and offers the local consumer a real choice.

We created GRO A name that is meant to entice, challenge and empower consumers.
GRO speaks of outgrowing the old, replacing habits with newer and better routines, it evokes the feeling of a motivated young person, growing into his own life, exploring the world, and finding their very own flair.

It aims to motivate people to make the choices that best fit their own lives, and turn a head or two from those who are yet to be introduced to the category with a simple message: “Nutrition is taking a bigger role in our life, and plant based alternatives have come to stay”.

The design Identity inherits this concept and translates it in a genuinely comedic, light hearted, and an engagingly approachable manner.
The packaging depicts different characters trying to find their place next to a larger than life coconut, or overly grown oats.
It tells a story of someone adapting, finding the best fit for themselves, all while enjoying the ride. It’s about making the best out of every situation, and outgrowing whatever holds you back.

From name, to design, to packaging, the brand poses a question: “Are you willing to try what’s new?” It encourages us to adopt more flexible mindsets and urges us to make our best choices.
